Sew Simple Christmas Tree

Another tree in the 'themed' tree series. I come across vintage sewing items all the time at garage sales, auctions and thrift stores. I scoop them up because a sewing themed Christmas tree is sew simple and it always sells quickly! Below are a couple of examples...

You start with a base, a regular basket, a sewing basket, something sewing related.

I use a measuring tape for garland (the more well-loved, the better!). The one above had some great advertising. Rick-rack makes fantastic garland as well.

And then you start adding spools of thread, button cards...

thimbles, hook & eye cards...

needle packets...

pattern markers....

basically anything in your stash can be used!

Be creative. These are quick and easy to pull together and they sell every single time. I don't have any in stock. They are sold out this year already. Sew simple!
