Spring is right around the corner (we hope!). It is sub-zero here in the Midwest but we are still hopeful for Spring. I was wandering through the Goodwill store the other day and came across this sweet little plate.
It was pretty dirty, but it cleaned up well yet was still showing its age. I thought this would be a perfect piece to add a little saying in vinyl.
I created some artwork in my Silhouette Studio software. I didn't purchase this art. This was created from scratch. The plate is small (saucer size) so the artwork couldn't be more than 2.75" in length. I went through my scraps of vinyl to find a color that would match. I had a small scrap of bronze colored vinyl.
I cut out the vinyl and applied it to the plate. I think it looks adorable! I'm ready for Spring! Now we just need the weather to cooperate. ;)
